Klodian Braho, candidate for head of SPAK, when questioned by members of the KLP, was faced with two choices.
Braho was asked whether he would choose the stability of the country or the establishment of justice while investigating a case.
"I have had cases that have caused effects, but I have never thought that investigating a case brings problems to the stability of the country. I think that investigating a case brings good to the country and does not destabilize it. Stability is not commented on with advice or decisions, but the Security Council meets. A criminal case does not bring a problem to the stability of the country. A criminal offense cannot be covered up with any other justification," he said.
