Another case of cultivation of narcotic plants has been cracked by the police in Shkodra, within the framework of the operation codenamed "First Phase". During intensive checks carried out in the territory, the services of the Shkodra Police Commissariat intervened in the village of Mali i Gjymtit, where they discovered a plot of suspected newly planted cannabis seedlings, in the area known as "Këneta", in the Dajç administrative unit.
In this case, two citizens, a father and son, identified as citizens with the initials PD, 60 years old, and AD, 41 years old, residents of the village of Dajç, were arrested. They are suspected of being involved in the cultivation of a significant number of narcotic seedlings.
The police announced that the suspected plants were seized as material evidence, while the "First Phase" anti-cannabis operation continues throughout the district, with the aim of preventing and tackling similar cases at an early stage.
