The Maliq Police Commissariat services have referred the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizen AG, 30 years old, resident of Dushk, Lushnje.
According to the official announcement, the 30-year-old is suspected of having entered the yard of citizen K. Sh.'s apartment, where he initially threatened him and then punched him, for weak motives.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Korça, which has initiated further legal actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
