The Special Court has acquitted former Deputy Minister Klodjan Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.
It is reported that the decision was made to extinguish the sentence because, according to calculations, their sentence time in pre-trial detention has expired.
The former Deputy Minister of Health, Rrjepaj, and the businessman who won the concession, Rrapaj, have been sentenced to 4 years in prison each, benefiting from a reduction in sentence due to the application of a summary trial.
