The fourth week of the Albanian Premier League brings the first derby of the capital, as Partizan will face Dinamo. The “Bulls” are the hosts in this match and this brings attention once again to their big problem at the start of the season.

Since the “Arena e Demave” is still far from being completed, the Reds are playing away matches outside their stadium. They played against Teuta in Vora in the first week, while in the second week they were in Rrogozhina against Laç.

According to the AFF's plan, the fourth week match against Dinamo will be played again in Vora, at 16:00 PM, which is quite inconvenient due to the high temperatures and the fact that the field in that stadium is made of synthetic grass.

It remains to be seen whether Partizan will seek to change stadiums again, or whether they will decide to play the match against their capital rivals at the facility where the match was scheduled.
