Investigative show "Tak Fak" on News24 broadcast this Wednesday the story of 5 families in Lleshan, Gjinari, who have been unable to access their lands to work for 1 year.
The reason is because a resident of the Zir Myrtaj area has been blocking their road with a fence for a year, claiming that it is his land.
The residents have gone several times to the headman of the area, the administrative unit, but have been faced with indifference.
"These 5 families are in a constant feud, in a conflict that from moment to moment can take on unpredictable proportions. Furthermore, the complainant Denisa Biçaku, mother of two children, has been threatened with her life several times."
We went to the headman to explain, who invited us to make a written request and left.
The problematic villager, Zir Myrtaj, says the land is mine and he doesn't let anyone in.
The other side says they beat me in front of the administrator and the headman.
And the guy who put up the fence says they broke my son's motorcycle.
The mayor says that the lands need to be updated with topographies.
"The lady must make a written request," the administrator tells the "Tak Fak" journalist.
In his absence, Zir Myrtaj was asked and that's where the fight between him and Denisa began.
Ziri and his wife threaten Denisa again.
