Director Suela Bako and Mimoza Marjanaku, invited to the show "This Week" on News 24 with moderator Nisida Tufa, spoke about the staged project dedicated to abused women.
The premiere of "The Woman with Drawers" was staged by Anisa Markarian.
During the interview, Suela Bako expressed that the creative process is personal and that everyone has their own approach to staging.
"I am a creative myself and I know how much it is worth and how much time it takes. Even though there may be things you love, in an artistic product there are things you have to kill, to remove. Because it is important that it serves a purpose," she said.
Actress Mimoza Marjanaku recounted moments from this premiere, expressing herself emotionally, saying that the numerous rehearsals have also helped her master the text. She also expressed that this role was a great burden and an extraordinary emotion for her at the same time.
"The numerous rehearsals have made me master the text. The first night the emotion was extraordinary. The weight was very great. It came as a challenge for me. I wanted to surpass myself with this role. I have a great pain for this character. I continue to experience it also because many girls have written to me. Two girls came to me on stage and told me that I am also a Vesa," she said.
