The fire has reactivated over the Abazaj neighborhood, near the place called "Kroi i Madh", despite the continuous intervention for four days with forces and equipment from the ground and air.
Although it was sometimes thought that the fire had been completely extinguished, the great thickness of humus in this area favored the preservation of embers deep within the soil.
Aided by the wind, the hidden fires have reactivated, bringing the flames back to the area. Forces on the ground continue to work to isolate and extinguish the fire.
