The Fier Court has left in force the security measures for the three girls suspected of raping a 17-year-old girl, an event that has caused numerous reactions in public opinion.
In the session for the verification of security measures, the court accepted the request of the Prosecution, imposing the measure of "prison arrest" for the 20-year-old suspected of being involved in the incident. For one of the two 15-year-olds, the measure of "house arrest" was confirmed, while for the other minor, the court imposed "temporary hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital."
According to the authorities, the measures have been determined taking into account the age of each of the suspects, as well as the degree of their involvement in the incident under investigation.
