Durres

Another incident in Durrës during the voting process. This time in Spitalë, at the Naim Babameto school, where there are several voting centers, a crowd formed and there was a conflict, in which Jamarbër Malltezi was involved.

Journalist Klodjana Haxhiaj reported for "BalkanWeb"that there is a gathering of sympathizers."

"There was a conflict. It was Malltezi and according to sources from the party headquarters and commissioners, it is reported that one of the commissioners called Mr. Malltezi and this caused arguments and verbal clashes. The commission members have requested police intervention.

Malltezi has not filed a complaint. Evidence will be taken to clarify the conflict. There are a large number of people standing outside the Voting Centers. In the Spitalla area in Durrës there has always been great interest in voting. Currently, the VC is quiet, there are no queues, but everything is fine," said Haxhiaj.

While Malltezi himself told what happened and accused the presence of municipal police officers who intimidate voters.

"In the 'Naim Babameto' school, where there are 8 VCs, there was no police presence at all, although the law requires it. We had the presence of municipal police officers without uniforms who intimidated voters. We identified them, asked them to leave, and filmed this in order to identify the illegality. 20-30 SP militants came and stole the phone.

"There was no violence against me, there was an argument. They took my cell phone and deleted it. We didn't file a complaint because there were no police at all, maybe later. The police could have stayed outside and ensured that there were no activists inside. They gave my phone back, but they had deleted the video," Malltezi said.
