Renowned analyst Fatos Lubonja, invited to the show's studio "This Week" IN News24, has made an analysis of the political situation and the progress of the civic protests that have engulfed the capital. During the conversation, Lubonja focused on the sustainability of the rallies, but raised the alarm about the great dangers that threaten this movement from the side of the government.

According to the analyst, unlike what we are used to seeing, citizens in this protest are showing a high degree of maturity, taking maximum care not to fall prey to provocations or attempts at division.

Asked what could jeopardize or weaken this civic momentum, Lubonja pointed the finger at the deliberate behavior of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his cabinet, describing "indifference" as a strategic weapon.

"There are many risks. One of the risks, for example, is precisely the indifference of the authorities in the sense that: 'you go out, but I won't ask'. When a responsible authority sees the issue and reacts, then you have the courage to go out again tomorrow. While he says: 'you go out, I have my work to do, the caravan moves forward'..." Lubonja said.

According to him, this is a genuine political technique used to numb and demoralize the masses, in order to make people give up, thinking that their reaction is falling on deaf ears.

The analyst also commented on Rama's statements, who has emphatically stated that his projects will not stop even if hundreds of thousands of protesters take to the streets.

Lubonja emphasized that this arrogant approach and offensive rhetoric aims precisely to minimize the weight of the citizen voice, while adding that precisely in the face of this arrogance, the resistance and resilience of the people in the coming days will be decisive for the fate of the protest.
