Day 2

Beetroot, celery, ginger – squeezed
1/4 avocado
1 boiled egg

Dark chocolate

Lentil salad
Spinach soup

2 Brazil nuts
1 orange juice
DINNER
White and red cabbage salad, parsley
2 spoons of boiled barley, 2 mushrooms roasted with rosemary
1 tea with cinnamon and turmeric
Day 3

Apple juice and squeezed rosemary
Sausage with prunes, seeds and coconut

A dark chocolate
Lunch
Soup with roasted beets and walnuts
Quinoa salad

1 cup mashed winter squash, with cottage cheese
1 omelette with red peppers
1 tea with sage and honey
After the third day, you are freer to eat whatever you want, as long as it's not loaded with sugar. You can eat fish or meat.
