The third one did not prove to be the right one for Tirana either, with the white and blue club putting into effect another "divorce", parting ways with Ardian Nuhiu, setting an absolute, but negative record in Albanian football and not only. Even before the third phase was over, Nuhiu becomes the third coach to leave the capital. Three consecutive losses and above all the 9th place in the table, proved fatal for him, with the capital team coming out with an official announcement making public the termination of the contract by consensus.

President Halili and the rest of the management staff had a plan B ready, Orges Shehi had been waiting for a long time, ready for his second return to the helm of Tirana, this team won trophies and he became the longest-serving coach on the bench:

"Tirana Football Club announces the return of Orges Shehi to the head of the white-and-blue bench. The coach who led us to a championship title and other national trophies returns to lead the team until the end of this season, with the same passion, ambition and winning mentality", reads, among other things, in the post of the blue-and-white club.

It is clear that the situation and objectives have changed completely since the time when Shehi was part of Tirana. Now the Durrës coach has nothing left but to save Tirana, to ensure its survival, since the possibility of competing for a place in the Final4 is almost impossible, the fourth place is 15 points away. Orges Shehi will debut at the helm of Tirana in the Albanian football classic, on February 27 in a transfer against Vllaznia.
