The lack of investment in the electricity distribution network in the Melan Unit in Dibër has become a problem for the villages of Bellovë, Zagrad, Cerjan and Rabdisht, as residents often face power outages. The medium voltage poles are severely damaged and, as can be seen from the footage, part of their concrete has collapsed. According to residents, the electricity network in this area was built with the electrification of the country in the 70s.

Residents are calling on the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy to intervene to rehabilitate the electrical grid, as many guesthouses that host tourists are being penalized for their activities during this tourist season.
