A tragic event occurred this Wednesday, April 16, in Malisheva, where a fire engulfed an apartment.

The Deputy Mayor of Malisheva Municipality, Vesel Krasniqi, announced that the victims are a father and his two children.
"Unfortunately, today, from asphyxiation, from the fires in their apartment, we have three victims, a father with two children, a girl and a boy. As soon as we received the information, the police, the emergency services, all units went to the scene and the medical staff did their best, but at the moment when the announcement was made, it was probably a little too late and the father and his two children were found without signs of life," he said.
Krasniqi added that all relevant institutions have immediately engaged in handling the case.
"The police, the investigation, the prosecution, they are all doing their job and we pray and put pressure on them to solve the case as soon as possible," he said.
