Aleks Nika's uncle, Mark Nika from Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard where homages were held in honor of the 4 killed, still seeks justice today for his nephew who lost his life 15 years ago in the protest called by the opposition at the time.

He told the media that he expects SPAK to restore justice, while adding that they are not for revenge.

"I come every year for the soul of Aleks, my nephew and other family members. I hope that the ambassadors of the allied countries will listen to us. They have promised us that they will support us. Albanian society expects justice to be done. We do not seek revenge, but justice, Responsibility must not be forgotten.. We stand with hope in SPAK and the Strasbourg Court," he said.
