Two hours after the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon began, the US president sent a message to Hezbollah, saying that if it respects the 10-day ceasefire, it will benefit.

In a post on Truth Social, the US president wrote: “I hope Hezbollah behaves well and appropriately during this important period. If they do, it will be a BIG moment for them. Enough with the killing. Peace must finally prevail! Thank you for your interest in this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

The ceasefire began at midnight on Thursday, without any major violations, at least for the first few hours.
