US President Donald Trump has refused to reveal what the United States' next steps will be in talks with Iran, but has left open the possibility of a major military escalation.
Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump was asked what would happen after the latest round of negotiations with Tehran, which he had earlier described as Iran's "last chance" to avoid possible military action.
"You'll find out," Trump replied.
Asked if a "massive escalation" against Iran remains an option, the US president said the United States has the capacity to take such action if he decides to do so.
"We have that option if we want to do it," Trump said, adding: "Yeah, you'll find out."
Trump did not provide details on what kind of military action might be taken and did not confirm whether any new operations have been authorized.
