Two young men, EN and G. Z, were prosecuted by the Police after allegedly damaging the window of a citizen's vehicle for weak motives, in the city center of Belshi, using a wooden stick.
The incident occurred two days ago and was documented with video footage, but the SF citizen did not notify the authorities about the incident.
Investigations continue and the materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
Police Notice:
From the investigations, it is suspected that on 03.10.2025, at around 17:00, in the city center of Belshi, for weak motives, citizens EN, 38 years old, and GZ, 41 years old, damaged the windshield of the vehicle owned by citizen SF, 53 years old, with a wooden stick, also documented with video footage.
The SF citizen did not report the incident to law enforcement agencies.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, for further action.
