An action organized by Korça Police structures has led to the crackdown on another case of drug distribution in the city, ending with the arrest of a 34-year-old man and the release of a 23-year-old man.

During yesterday evening's checks, a small amount of suspected cannabis was found on a 23-year-old man. After this case, investigations continued and a 34-year-old man was arrested, as he is suspected of being the person from whom the 23-year-old obtained the narcotics. According to the data, a quantity of more than 30 doses of cannabis prepared for sale was found in the 34-year-old's apartment. The materials have been referred to the Korça Prosecutor's Office for further legal procedures, while police investigations continue to identify other accomplices and to fully document the suspected criminal activity.
