Ukraine and Russia have continued to attack each other overnight, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accusing Moscow of using ballistic missiles supplied by North Korea.
In Zaporizhzhia, Russian attacks caused at least six deaths and injured 19 people. According to Ukrainian authorities, the city was hit by missiles and guided bombs, damaging industrial facilities, infrastructure and non-residential buildings.
Zelensky declared that Russia "cannot wage war without reinforcements from North Korea," warning that the use of North Korean missiles and troops poses a broader threat.
Meanwhile, Ukraine carried out drone attacks on Russian territory. In Voronezh, warehouses of the online retailer Wildberries were hit, while a day earlier, Ukrainian attacks in Tatarstan caused at least 13 casualties, including a child.
One person was reported injured in Kiev, while explosions were heard on the outskirts of the capital and caused fires.
Ukrainian authorities said Russia launched about 120 drones overnight, along with a significant number of missiles of various types. This time, the Ukrainian Air Force did not release the number of missiles launched or intercepted.
Zelensky also welcomed the Ukrainian attack on a Russian petrochemical plant in western Siberia, calling it a "very important achievement" and warned that Ukraine would continue attacks deep into Russian territory.
