Former deputy director of AKSH, Hava Delibashi, demands the replacement of the security measure at the GJKKO. The news is confirmed for BalkanWeb by journalist Klodiana Lala. Delibashi is currently under 'house arrest'.
The former AKSH official is part of the same file with Ergys Agas and Ermal Beqiri.
The investigation is related to the SPAK operation, which targeted a suspected criminal group within the National Information Society Agency (AKSHI).
As part of this operation, Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri have also been declared wanted.
The house arrest measure against Mirlinda Karçanaj (together with Hava Delibashi) was ordered by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime on December 18, 2025, after SPAK had requested security measures a few days earlier for the scandal of tender abuses at AKSHI.
