Balkanweb has provided footage of the injury in Vlora, where citizen Edmond Gorishova stabbed citizen Dhimo Thomini.
The perpetrator ran away after committing the crime.
The police intervened immediately and made it possible to arrest the suspected perpetrator. Meanwhile, the injured person was transported by ambulance to receive medical attention.
