Tirana Police have revealed the dynamics of the serious injury of a 26-year-old man, an event that occurred on December 6, 2025 at the Fresku area roundabout.

As part of Operation "Order", three people involved in the case have been identified, including the two orderers and one of the perpetrators.

The latter, Helidon Marku, 49, has been arrested, while the search continues for the capture of the two perpetrators, Gjokë Ndrevataj and Xhemal Uka, and other persons suspected of having participated in the attack. A 33-year-old man has also been criminally prosecuted for failing to report the circumstances of the incident.

Tirana/The dynamics of the incident that occurred on 06.12.2025, at the Fresku area roundabout, where a 26-year-old man was seriously injured by hard objects, are revealed.

Three citizens involved in this case are identified, specifically the two people who ordered the injuries and one of the perpetrators. The latter is arrested and intensive work is underway to capture the two people who ordered the injuries.

All three citizens involved have significant criminal records for crimes against the person. The arrested person also has a record for illegal possession of weapons.

A citizen is being prosecuted for allegedly accompanying the perpetrator of the injury to the scene of the crime and failing to report the circumstances of the incident.

As a result of the investigative actions carried out with the aim of clarifying the authorship and circumstances of the serious injury of citizen FY, with hard objects, on 06.12.2025, at the roundabout in the Fresku area, the services of Police Commissariat No. 4, within the framework of the "Order" operation, identified 3 citizens involved in this case, specifically HM, 49 years old, Gj. N., 36 years old and Xh. U., 30 years old.

From these actions it emerged that the 36-year-old and the 30-year-old, for weak motives, ordered citizen HM to commit the injury.

Following operational actions, the 49-year-old was arrested and put in handcuffs, while work is underway to arrest citizens Gj. N. and Xh. U., as well as to identify and arrest other citizens suspected of being involved in the injury of the 26-year-old.

Also, proceedings were initiated against citizen TD, 33 years old, as he is suspected of having accompanied citizen HM to commit the crime, and of having refused to declare to the police the circumstances of this event, of which he is suspected of having knowledge.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
