Two young men have been arrested by the Vlora Police during an anti-narcotics operation. A 30-year-old and a 27-year-old were arrested.
These citizens were stopped by the Police while they were driving in the village of Gumenicë.
During a search of the vehicle driven by the 30-year-old, the Police found approximately 800 grams of suspected narcotics, Cannabis Sativa, which they allegedly possessed with the intent to sell.
The verifications showed that the 27-year-old was wanted for the criminal offenses of "Threat" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", as it is suspected that on 16.03.2026, he threatened citizen AB with a Kalashnikov firearm.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".
