Russia plans to occupy the entire Donetsk region by December 31 of this year, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"The Kremlin has postponed this deadline 15 times," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, according to RBC-Ukraine.
"The Russian political leadership constantly dreams about Donbass. They have already had this dream 15 times, as if they could completely occupy Donbass," the Ukrainian president declared.
