69-year-old Jorgo Hatia, who was under house arrest, attempted to escape police control by dressing as a woman and going out into the village streets.

A family member of him and his brother Riza Hatia, on the show "With an Open Heart" by author Evis Ahmeti, provided details of the event, expressing that he is ashamed of everything that happened.

The video distributed in the media, according to him, was filmed by Klarisa, Riza's daughter-in-law, due to family conflicts.

He explained that George's "house arrest" measure had already ended, but that he did not have a lawyer and was not aware of the procedures.

"We're sorry, we're family, we have friends and in-laws, people write to us and we've gotten to the point where we say we don't know them because we're sorry."
An alcoholic comes out and speaks, and we are left feeling ashamed.
So far, 7 people have sent me the video of Klarisa. I don't know what they have, Rizai has quipped, and he sees himself as a comedian.
To my knowledge, he doesn't speak to any of his family members, nor to his neighbors. I haven't spoken to them in over 7 years. I even recognized Klarisa in the media, but I didn't know she was his cousin's daughter-in-law.
Rizai was problematic, he also had problems with his parents and beat his sister. He was very arrogant. His family, his wife, son and daughter need help because they are being abused by him.
"House arrest ended in August, but Jorgo did not have a lawyer and did not know the procedures. In order not to leave his wife alone working the land, he was forced by circumstances to dress like this and leave the house," he said.
