Don't get confused here because these are all the same."

This is what Prime Minister Edi Rama declared while he was in opposition, while not sparing accusations against Berisha's ruling government.

But it seems that he is applying this technique himself today, as he has been in power since 2013. At a time when Albanians have been demanding his resignation for 75 days, this statement by Rama appears so relevant today, but with one difference, that he is in power! For more, watch the video.
