The protest of landowners in Baks-Rrjoll of Velipoja moved this Monday in front of the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, where they filed an official request for a quick legal solution, on the authenticity of the documents they have for the ownership of the land, where they have started work on the construction of a tourist resort. The residents say that the documentation they possess proves the legal ownership of the land and ask the justice authorities to treat the issue with priority, avoiding further delay in the process.

Further, the residents protested in front of the Shkodra Municipality, where they requested clarification from Mayor Benet Beci as to whether or not the institution he heads has the authority to issue a construction permit to the investor.

The residents of Baks-Rrjoll continue their protest against the construction of a tourist resort on their properties for the seventh day, a permit signed by Belinda Balluku. The landowners have also filed a complaint with SPAK regarding the case.
