Citizens have gathered again in front of the Prime Minister's Office building in the 73rd consecutive protest against Prime Minister Edi Rama and his cabinet. During their speeches from the square, the protesters also responded to the reactions of the majority regarding the slogans used during the rallies.

One of the elderly people present at the protest took the floor to explain the concept of civic resistance, rejecting the claims of those in power and drawing a parallel to historical events in the country:

"The patrons of the forces that do not want the protest say that the word revolution is used. The word is used, but not like the revolution that the Socialist Party made where Gramoz Ruçi said that power is taken with lead! Not like 1997 and the opening of military depots."

Further, the elderly man emphasized that the goal of this movement is the awareness and emancipation of society through knowledge and culture, not through violence:

"We want to make a revolution to wake up the people, an ideological and cultural revolution, because with culture the country moves forward, with educated and emancipated people, not with bullets. Let the patronageists who gather and tell us that we are seeking a revolution understand: not an armed revolution, but an ideological and cultural one! Let the people wake up!" he declared in front of the Prime Minister's Office building.
