Activist Luçjana Kokaj, from the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, stated that the 70-day civic resistance has managed to break fear and unite citizens around the demand for political change. "Everyone asks: what has the protest achieved? We have achieved a lot; we have killed fear in 70 days," said Kokaj.

She said that the protest has managed to attract the attention of international media and that citizens have made their voice heard without the need for financial resources. "We have managed to be in the articles of the world media. If the government has been paid with millions of euros with our taxes, we have done so with the voice of our truth," declared the activist. Kokaj emphasized that Albania needs the courage and commitment of citizens to move towards the European Union.

"Albania needs your spirit, your courage, to go to the EU. That's why we don't need this corrupt government. We will make a revolution," she said. Addressing Prime Minister Edi Rama, Kokaj declared that the protesters will not back down from their resistance. "The only promise you will get from us, Mr. Prime Minister, is that we will not leave without you leaving," she said. Finally, the activist addressed young Albanians in particular, emphasizing that the country has the potential for change. "There are many of you who could be in his place. Albanian youth can do much more than these criminals have done," Kokaj declared.
