The Constitutional Court has passed for review in plenary session the request of MPs Agron Shehaj and Erald Kapri, who are seeking the right to access the SPAK file regarding the request to lift the immunity of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
According to information, the case has been accepted for review and will be dealt with on a documentary basis in a plenary session by the Constitutional Court.
The two MPs claimed that the Parliament has not made available to them the complete documentation received from SPAK, within the framework of parliamentary procedures related to the request against Balluk.
