In front of the Prime Minister's Office building, the next speeches by activists and citizens gathered in protest have begun. During his speech, one of the activists addressed Prime Minister Edi Rama directly, declaring that his efforts to divide the protesters are futile.
The activist focused on the prime minister's recent reactions and publications, emphasizing that the goal of the protest remains unwavering:
"Edi Rama brought out his soldiers to accuse his spiritual brother and we laughed because that situation was laughable. In the last week, he has started to re-serve this brother who he brings every time he is left without support and is taking pictures and slandering us. He does not understand one thing, that in this square we are for Albania and he does not feel sorry for anyone who he brings here to sell pieces of the country and does not feel sorry for anyone for his bargains. We have decided to expel him and whoever he brings to sell Albania."
He further underlined the need for a radical political change in the country and the determination of the crowd not to leave the square:
"We are here because we want a new Albania worthy of our children, and we will build this new Albania, without the political clique of these 35 years. We will overthrow the dictatorship of dirty money and build an Albania that we can proudly say: 'We Love Albania!'"
"Stop the attempts to divide this square because you are doing your best to do it, but it is in vain. These wonderful people here will not separate and will not leave here until you leave," the activist concluded his speech to the protesters.
