During the 15th protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, one of the protesters addressed SPAK with a call for immediate action against, as he expressed it, cases of corruption and abuse of power.
He stated that the institution of the Special Prosecution Office should operate without political obstacles and, according to him, should only have the support of Albanian citizens.
"There is a call for SPAK: Act! SPAK has only one ally, the Albanian people. There is no excuse," the protester said.
He added that if there were political obstacles to the investigations, they must be overcome and justice must act decisively.
"Put in handcuffs those who took Albania hostage. We want a new, democratic and just Albania," he declared.
At the end of his speech, the protester also raised a public question regarding a specific issue: "What happened to the 'Balluku' file?", demanding transparency on the progress of the investigations.
