Renowned singer Jonida Maliqi has joined the numerous public reactions following the incident that occurred during yesterday's protest in Tirana, where a young man was seriously injured in the eye by a rubber bullet.
Through a post shared on social media, the singer has brought back a very touching and emotionally charged message, dedicated to the sacrifice of the young protester.

"Whoever loves his homeland sheds blood for a dawn he will never see. He spared one eye, so that the generations after him might see the light with both."
Dedication to the injured young man: "We hope this is the last tragedy"
Alongside the meaningful image with verses dedicated to this event, Maliqi accompanied the post with a message of solidarity:
