Luciano Boçi in an interview on the show "This Week" on News24, spoke about the protest that will be held on January 24 at 17:00 p.m.

He emphasized that the DP Parliamentary Group has expressed its willingness to undertake important acts and has continued the battle in Parliament.

During the interview, Boçi also brought to attention the violent protest of January 21, 2011, where there were victims, saying that the blame is often placed on someone who was not the organizer of the protest. Boçi also added that it should be understood that it is the organizer who bears responsibility for how he directs the mass.

"The DP parliamentary group has expressed its willingness, as rarely before, to undertake unprecedented acts in Parliament, as it has continued its battles within the space that Parliament allows. But here we also have the discussion that is taking place for January 21, but the management of a protest is in the hands of political forces. So the detail comes from the one who organizes it, and I link it to the fact that it is the organizer who bears the responsibility for how he directs the mass. So when we judge an event that has occurred and there has been extreme violence, it seems as if the burden of guilt falls on the one who was not part of the protest, while now because these are not done, then it falls on the one who does not stimulate the political organization itself. So to see who are the culprits of January 21, I made this confrontation, political responsibility is what does it, so where do citizens ask for it, why don't they make it stronger, and we say that it has its own rhythms. But not by leaving the citizen alone because it is the political direction that should be in the forefront first, in every action," he said.

Boçi stated that the willingness of citizens has been expressed and that they are seeking a quick and political solution, as according to him they know that the government uses all mechanisms to maintain its position.

He further underlined that the most common request was 'to stay on the boulevard', adding that the opposition's goal is to not even arrest citizens during protests.

"The protest has its own range in the way it appears. The protest is important to send their messages. And I say that the goal has been achieved and that the protests will not stop. This is important at this moment. Another important element is the way the international factor approaches the protest, the way it is expressed, very acceptable because I do not believe that you have seen warnings for their citizens. After other times you have also seen the positions in relation to the post-protest... An important element is also that of justice, in this case justice not in its authority, to play a political role, but SPAK as an element that has consistently proven all the accusations, facts and evidence that the DP has proven about the great level of corruption and the involvement of the head of government himself", said Boçi.
