Former Minister of Economy, Genc Ruli, appeared today at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC), where he will testify in the framework of the investigations into the "Partizani" file, which is related to the privatization of the former sports complex during the time when Sali Berisha was at the head of the government.
Ruli has been called as a witness to clarify the circumstances and institutional decision-making of that period, when he held the position of Minister of Economy and was involved in the processes of administering state properties.
We remind you that the measure 'Compulsory appearance' has been imposed on former Prime Minister Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
