Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Ukrainian military forces have shot down Iranian drones in several countries in the Middle East.

In a communication with reporters, the Ukrainian president added that Kiev had sent dozens of people to at least four countries in the Middle East, after US and Israeli attacks on Iran triggered a wave of drone retaliation.

"We sent our military experts to the Middle East, including specialists in interceptor drones and electronic warfare. We showed several countries how to work with interceptors. Did we destroy them? Yes, we destroyed them. Did we do it in just one country? No, in several," he said.
