Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Russian attacks on Ukraine can only be stopped with joint sanctions by Ukraine and international partners.

Zelensky, in a reaction on the X platform, said that the consequences of the Russian attack on the Dnieper are severe, while calling for further sanctions against Russia.

Meanwhile, the State Emergency Service Units (DSNS) are working on the ground, around 70 rescue teams and 40 police officers have been deployed, along with almost 30 technical units.
