Activist Edison Lika took the floor at the protest held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where protesters have gathered for the 69th consecutive day, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

In his speech, Lika stated that the protest continues to maintain the same energy as on the first day, despite its duration. "Rama in prison, Belinda in prison. And who would have thought that after 69 days of resistance, this square would have the same energy as on the first day," he said. The activist also responded to voices that, according to him, have predicted the fading of the protest as September approaches.

"And to those who say that this protest will not last until September, we say: you are wrong. Rama and his government have started the countdown. Resign!", declared Lika. At the end of his speech, he invited the protesters to chant the slogan in chorus: "Rama, resign!", which was repeated by those present in front of the Prime Minister's Office building.
