Turkish actress Ece İrtem, known for her role as Işıl in the popular television series "Kızılcık Şerbeti", has passed away at the age of 35.
According to a statement from her lawyer, the actress was found unconscious in her home at noon on Monday, June 15, while her mother was present.
Initial findings indicate a possible heart attack, but the exact cause of death will be determined after an autopsy is performed. The announcement was made after posts and unconfirmed information circulated on social media regarding the circumstances of Irtem's death.

Ece İrtem was born on June 14, 1991, celebrating her 35th birthday just one day before her death.
She became widely known through her participation in the series “Kızılcık Şerbeti” (“Blueberry Sherbet”), which documents conflicts between secular and conservative families.
She graduated from Yaşar University's Department of Opera and Vocal Performance in 2014, and then studied acting in Istanbul.
Her television career began that same year, with participation in series such as "Yeni Gelin", "Bay Yanlış", "Mahkum", "Yasak Elma" and "Sandık Kokusu", while in cinema she appeared in the films "Zengo" and the Netflix thriller "10 Days of a Curious Man".
