The court of Durrës has left the 5 arrested in prison in connection with the alienation of properties in Spitalle.

The five arrested persons, Lirim Xhameta, Dashnor Taulla, Ardit Kërtusha, Leonard Kadrimi and Gjovalin Ndoci, were taken into custody as a result of an operation ordered by SPAK in the cadastre of Durrës two days ago.
The investigation into the case started in 2023 based on the report of Fiqiri Shaba, who claimed ownership of two pieces of land, when one day he found that part of the property was surrounded by a concrete wall. The complainant says he did not know who the occupier was, but investigators discovered that the property had been sold twice and passed to a private company.
As part of the investigation, the prosecution is on the trail of Lirim Xhameta, a former farm worker, in whose name 75 thousand square meters of land was registered. Xhameta told the investigators that a person identified as Diti had promised him that he would make the documents to get 3 meters of land.
"Two months later, Diti met me and gave me an incomplete AMTP. He told me that he should sign it", says Xhameta.
He says that in a third meeting, Diti told him that he would give him 200 ALL in exchange for the property. "I went to the UNW notary, my wife and son. We signed a deed of representation in the name of a person we did not know and received the money", says Xhameta.
According to the prosecution, the registered property, which was then divided and alienated, was also profited illegally. With the same scheme, the area of 76 square meters was registered in the name of the deceased Dilaver Taulla, and his heirs learned that they were the owners in 2010.
In this case as well, Ardit Kërtusha took the identity cards from the heirs of Dilaver Taulla, promising them that he would fix the property that was due to him according to the law.
But the investigations show that the properties in the name of Xhameta and Taulla were registered with forged documents and then entered into the cadastral registers, with the help of ASHK officials Leonard Kadrimi Aida Kila and Mikel Zaho.
Prosecutor Pali Decolli revealed that the scheme of alienation of state properties in Spitalle of Durrës is much wider. He imposed sequestration on the surface of 448.000 m2, which the investigation shows was alienated through forgery by state officials.
