England striker Harry Kane has said the team has seen signs of improvement under Tuchel. According to Kane, the fact that the team is facing the best says it all.
"We know we can improve and we can play better. When he (Tuchel) sees us in training, he sees our connection and what we can do, especially with the players we have, the way we attack, our one-on-one situations and skills. He just wants to see that version of us in the game.
"He, like all of us, knows that it's not that easy, we're playing against good opponents. He's trying to get that out of us, and we ourselves know that we have another level that we can reach. We haven't shown that yet. We showed it sometimes. Against Norway it was sometimes. But we didn't have the full control that we would like and that I think we can have."
