Belgian-born Mika Godts has signed a contract with Paris Saint-Germain that will run until 2031. The French club will pay around 55 million euros for him, of which 10 million euros will be in bonuses. At the age of 21, Godts scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 32 games for Ajax last season.
The player said he is extremely happy to join PSG, considering it the best club in the world and an opportunity to play at the highest level.
The move follows the departures of Gonçalo Ramos to Milan and Lee Kang-In to Atlético Madrid. Godts could also be a replacement for Bradley Barcola, should the latter leave for Liverpool.
