The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has announced that 400 thousand euros of assets belonging to a citizen identified with the initials Arjan Rrokaj have been seized.

This citizen was convicted of "Drug Trafficking" and "Criminal Organization" and did not justify the assets he had created.

The property includes three apartments, a unit and three vehicles.

Notice: 

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, the assets of citizen A.Rr. and his family members were seized, under investigation for the criminal offense of 'Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity', provided for by Article 287 of the Criminal Code.

In the framework of the investigations into criminal proceedings no. 1125 of 2020, it resulted that citizen A.Rr., previously convicted of 'Drug Trafficking' and 'Criminal Organization', did not justify the assets created, for which the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Vlora requested the seizure as follows:

a. Property of the type "apartment" with property number 29/519+2-2, with an area of ​​67 m2, Vlora, owned by citizens BB and A.Rr;
b. Property of the type "apartment" with no. 29/599+1-22, with an area of ​​73 m2, Vlora, owned by citizens A.Rr and BB;
c. Property of the type "apartment" with no. 113/34+2-20, with surface area 68.8 m2, ZK 3292, Tirana, owned by citizen BB;
d. Property of the type 'unit' with no. 12/417-N4 ZK 8602, Vlorë, with surface area 27 m2, in possession of citizen A.Rr;
e. Movable property, vehicle brand "Toyota Corolla" year 2020, owned by citizen BB;
f. Movable property, vehicle brand "Volvo XC 60" year 2020, owned by citizen BB; and
g. Movable property, vehicle brand "Mercedes Benz GLA" year 2016, in the possession of citizen S.Rr.
The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Vlora accepted the request of the prosecution, setting the preventive seizure measure for the above immovable assets in a total value of 400.000 euros.
