With broken windows and doors, full of cracks and fissures in the floor, this is the condition of the apartment in Çelebi, Bulqiza, where a mother and daughter have been living for years amidst poverty and health difficulties.

Widowed at a very young age, Dallëndyshe Eminaj, with tears in her eyes, recounts the constant vicissitudes that life has faced her, from the death of her husband to the constant illnesses of her daughter. The need to care for her daughter, as well as living in an area that has been massively abandoned, has made it impossible for Dallëndyshe to find a job, who claims that the only income her family has is the 38-year-old daughter's camp. The head of the family says that she does not receive social support as the caregiver of her sick daughter, so she appeals to the Municipality of Bulqiza for help.

38-year-old Jonida Eminaj suffers from scoliosis and due to the numerous deformities she has suffered in her spine, she has undergone 3 surgical interventions, therefore she cannot work to provide income for her family. As a result, she has considerable debts to shops and pharmacies.
