The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has published a denunciation on social networks, stating that 848 million lekë, or about 8.5 million euros, have been disbursed for a contract with the National Agency for the Promotion of Agricultural and Rural Development (NASHI).
According to Berisha, the fund was transferred to the company “Soft & Solution”, which he links to Ermal Beqiri. In his response, Berisha claims that the payment was made despite Beqiri being under arrest for a case related to the AKSHI.
The former prime minister describes this case as another example of mismanagement of public funds and also publishes a message that, according to him, was sent to him by a "digital citizen".
The message states:
848,000,000 lek (8.5 million euros) are being transferred today to the criminal Ermal Beqiri on Rama's orders!
Dear friends,
Despite being arrested for stealing hundreds of millions of euros from AKSHI, Edi Rama's private kindergarten on behalf of the latter, Rama orders that his castle keeper be rewarded with another 8.5 million euros today.
This is the state of the head of Medusa, or the godfather of the criminal organization.
