A video from Beirut is making the rounds on social media, vividly portraying the terror experienced by civilians amid the war in Lebanon.
The protagonist of the footage is a 13-year-old girl who, while taking a quiet walk with her father, first hears and then sees Israeli rockets exploding in the sky over the city. The video was recorded on a cell phone, while the girl was using filters on Snapchat, not knowing what would happen next.

The scene features the loud sound of explosions as she turns her head to the sky. A few seconds later, the camera captures the moment of the rockets' impact and thick plumes of smoke rising over the city.
Explosions follow one after another as the minor runs towards a building for shelter. Amidst tears and panic, she can be heard calling out loudly: "Dad, dad," before the video cuts off.
