• 6 chops
• 6 potato
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 lemon
• 1 orange
• 1 teaspoon oregano or thyme
• ½ tea cup oil
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tablespoon of spice mix
• Salt, pepper
• 1 tea cup of water

• 3 tablespoons cornmeal
• 4–5 green onions
• 2 cloves of garlic or 3 fresh garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 500 ml of milk
• 100 g of melted cheese or white cheese
