On Sunday morning, a serious road accident was recorded on the Vlora-Llogara axis, in a place called "Fushë Dukat".

According to preliminary information, at around 06:10, a van with license plate AC701AJ lost control and went off the road.

As a result of the accident, one person lost their life, while 4 others were seriously injured. The injured were urgently transported to the Vlora Regional Hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance.

Police services, firefighters and an investigation team are at the scene, working to fully establish the circumstances and causes of the accident.

Authorities are expected to release the identities of the victim and the injured, as well as other details about the incident.
